Angel is the Founding Partner of Avatar Capital Partners, bringing over 20 years of experience in private equity real estate and special situations. Previously, she served as the Head of Asia at Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate and an IC Member of its Global Real Estate Fund. Prior to that, Angel held the position of Head of Portfolio Management and IC Member at CLSA Real Estate, originating and managing US$4.5 billion (US$1.2 billion in Japan) of real estate investments across the Asia Pacific region.

 

Angel began her career at Merill Lynch in the Global Principal Investments Group, where she had extensive experiences in special situations and event driven-investments, including distressed debt and  non-performing loans in Asia. 

 

Angel holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.  Outside her business pursuits, she is passionate about the well-being and mental development of children.  Her most streamed artist on Spotify currently is Adele.
