Ronald is a Founding Partner of Avatar Capital, specializing in the private equity real estate industry with a proven track record in the Asia Pacific region.

 

With over 10 years of experience as the Country Head of Hong Kong for CLSA Real Estate, he played a pivotal role in underwriting deals throughout Asia and managed investment portfolios worth over USD 1.5 billion.

 

Ronald also serves on the board of Pecan Foundation Limited, the family office of his family. He is known for his ability to navigate and invest in complex asset classes, including a partnership with Trinity Medical Group to purchase and reposition assets into Radiology and Imaging medical centers.. His strategic vision has earned him a reputation as a trusted and sought-after partner in the real estate sector.

 

Ronald holds a Master of Science from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern California.
